Your own page at opermae.com/book/your-slug where clients see your services and book an appointment. You can also publish an announcement on it — for holidays, price changes or promotions — so clients read it before they book.
Services, pricing & deposits
Add each service with its duration and price. A deposit is optional per service, so you can take one where it matters and leave the rest pay-at-visit.
Availability & scheduling
Set weekly hours, split shifts and one-off exceptions. Clients can only pick times your configured availability actually allows.
Cancellation controls
Set how far ahead clients may cancel or reschedule themselves, plus the policy note they see at booking and in their confirmation.

Customer notifications

Waitlist
Clients join a waitlist when you're full. When a matching slot opens, waitlisted clients are sent an offer with a booking link — the first to confirm takes the slot.
Payments
Get paid at booking — money in your account, not ours.
Payments through Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account and take deposits or full payments online. OperMae does not add a platform fee per booking; Stripe's standard processing fees still apply.
Payouts to your bank
Payments go to your connected Stripe account and settle to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule, and what you collected online shows up in your reports. OperMae never holds your money.

Run a solo practice or a full team from one workspace.
Roles & permissions
Owner, Manager, Receptionist and Provider roles decide what each person can see and change. Owners can grant specific extra access where it's needed.
Provider scheduling & availability
Each provider has their own services, hours and time off, and clients can pick a specific team member or the first available one.
