Issue it
Open the appointment, and refund from its payment details. You can refund the full amount or part of it.
Timing
The refund is sent to Stripe immediately. Card issuers usually show it to the customer within five to ten business days.
What is recorded
Refunds appear in the appointment's activity and in your reports under Refunds, so your figures stay accurate.
Payments taken in person
OperMae cannot refund cash or a card machine you use outside OperMae. Refund it the way you took it, then note it on the appointment.
