Where downloads are
Open Reports and use the download action in the header. It is available on every tab, and downloads the tab you are looking at for the date range you have selected.
What you can download
Overview, bookings, clients, services, team and payments, each as a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet.
What comes out
The rows for the range you selected, with the year on every date, using the same figures and definitions shown on screen.
If a download is not offered
Some data is limited by role and by plan — revenue and the deeper analytics need billing-level access and a plan that includes advanced analytics. Ask the owner if you need it.
Your data is yours
Export whenever you like, including before you cancel or close your account.
